How we do it:

1. Initial consultation to collect data. Start by completing the form on the right.
2. Sign a 2-page purchase contract. We can fax, email, or mail it to you.
3. Closing takes place through a licensed title company.
   
4. Your sale proceeds can be paid with a title company check or wire transfer, whatever you prefer.
